Meet the team - We’re good eggs!

The hands-on management team at Accent take an active role in overseeing the day-to-day running of each contract.  Every client has a dedicated Operations Manager who is the central point of contact for all aspects of the catering contract, maintaining a close working relationship with the client and offering support and direction to the on-site team.

Our MD Ian Crabtree, takes pride in being directly involved with our clients at an operational level.  He has many years’ experience in contract catering and makes all aspects of client service a personal concern.

Our on-site teams are carefully selected to maintain Accent’s exceptional standards. We can also offer employment to your existing catering staff under TUPE. In both instances, all Accent staff receive comprehensive training so they are fully equipped and motivated to deliver the tastiest food and best service possible. The training also includes visits to inspirational food venues and food tastings, so fresh ideas will be bought back to your kitchen, keeping it up to date with the latest food trends and filling it with the buzz of motivated, knowledgeable people.

Additionally, Accent is the only contract caterer whose Senior Management Team has Fellowship or Membership status to the Institute of Hospitality, demonstrating the pedigree of operational management enjoyed by our clients.
