Amanda Austin

Amanda has been working in the catering industry for 26 years initially as a chef working her way up through the ranks before moving in to management. Amanda previously worked for Accent for 2 years looking after a mix of Independent Schools, Academies and B&I contracts. She then decided to take some time out and went travelling around Australia and South East Asia for 7 months before coming back and joining Holroyd Howe as Operations Manager looking after solely Independent schools.

Amanda focuses on working closely with her teams and clients to build lasting relationships.
