Gary Irwin

Gary began his career washing up in a hotel where he got the kitchen bug. He trained as a chef and cooked in various kitchens for many years, before moving onto catering management. With a naturally outgoing personality, Gary progressed to the sales role and provides catering solutions using his extensive food experience. Delighted to be working for a bespoke, food orientated caterer.

Business Development Manager
is building new client relationships
Little known talents:

Gary has a hand built clay pizza oven, and makes a mean Napolenta pizza!

Things that make me smile:

Excellent beer and good music.

There is not a lot of food I dislike, but a good rib eye steak with Stilton cannot be beaten, good, simple ingredients always win.

A strange mix of Prog Rock and Drum & Bass, with a little Frank Zappa thrown in for good measure

I have worked in a number of locations including large ski chalets and hotels. I have worked in contract catering in the south of England for over 20 years. I also have a passion for design and IT, using these skills to develop documentation, menus and marketing themes. I have a keen interest in photography using my skills here to develop marketing and food themes. I have worked in business development for 7 years and very much enjoy meeting new people and creating ideas and solutions for clients in Education and Business.
