Once we have the right team in place, we always take the time to acknowledge and reward outstanding work whether they’ve delivered spectacular special day, outstanding function or warm and friendly customer service. We make sure everyone knows about it through our weekly “Friday Flyer” newsletter shared amongst the business and quarterly, our recognition and reward scheme called “Shining Stars” rewards the outstanding teams or individuals.
