Ingredients
- 400g Tinned chickpeas, drained
- 30g Tahini
- 1 Lemon, zest & juice
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Handful of parsley, chopped
- 2 Spring onions, chopped
- Lo salt, pinch
- Ground black pepper, pinch
Method
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if the mixture is too thick.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
